Brooklyn Greens is partnering with SEVAA Brooklyn for Yoga For Golfers!

This workshop will highlight the benefits and parallels of yoga and golf with a focus on breath, flexibility, and integral movement. Golfers will grow a deeper understanding of their mind and body while learning how to incorporate movement on and off the course to continue their practice.
