Community Dinner: With Chef Karina Garcia

This Month's Community Dinner at Brooklyn Greens features the fantastic Chef Karina Garcia and her team at Cocina Consuleo who are opening a new restaurant in Harlem in 2024. Their story was just featured in Eater NYC.

When: October 17th and 26th

What: A 3 course family style meal in the spirit of the power of coming together to share a meal with one another. Chef Kari will guide guests through captivating explorations of Latin cuisine, viewing it through the lens of her identity as a Black Latina based in Harlem. Her family style meals are made with farm stand fresh ingredients foraged locally and are vegetable forward with protein nourishment. Guests will have an opportunity to express dietary needs.
